Product: HP ZBook 15u G6 Mobile Workstation

1. On windows login I am not getting I am not getting sign in choices except password though I have registered my fingerprint & pin.

2. After booting the laptop, I get a message "HP sure Run has failed to restore the platform to a good working state. Please select an option below or press  ESC to ignore this warning & continue to boot normally.

Opt 1: Reinstall OS

Opt 2: Deactivate  HP Sure Run

Opt 3: Suspend HP Sure Run until reboot

Opt 4: ESC - Continue to reboot normally.

       If press ESC and boot normally, & work few hours & take a break for about 15 minutes, computer sleeps & after pressing power button I get a same message. HP support could not give me a solution.
