Product: HP 15-f039wm Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

Hello everyone! I am having a very hard time with my HP15 laptop model # 15 - f039wm not turning on. There is completely no power, no sound coming from it at all. Completely nothing! I am so far from being tech savvy, my husband is the knowledge one. He has replaced the battery AND the power source (the one that plugs into the wall, see, not tech savvy! lol!!). He has spent 2 weeks looking up ideas of what could be wrong and has come up with nothing. Can anyone help??
