Product: HP620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have replaced the harddrive and it won't start up how to factory reset my HP 620 . I was told to do F11 on startup however this is not working at all

I understand that you have replaced the hard drive, now unable to boot.

 

In that case, I would suggets you perform the HP clod recovery.

 

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive.
