Product: HP ENVY X360 - 13-ar0118au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Envy x360 convertible went in to boot loop after screen replacement and not even booting from bootable USB . I have tried all options of bios recovery, fat32 win11 usb, eufi usb , ntfs usb , changing bios sequence, disabling secure boot but it doesnt allow me to boot from usb to repair the windows11 if corrupted. 
i have done health check of ram, hdd, ssd, display and all found healthy  but no luck to get system back to normal. 
every time i try to boot from usb it gets in to either in to unending automatic repair or boot loop without booting from usb. 
all options failed. 
tried repairing graphics driver through win+cntrl+shift+B but no change in boot loop.
