Product: hp 15-f010wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Getting this halt code, friend set password on bios and lost it. Machine is esentially bricked and have not been able to find a legit solution. Gives me System Disabled 75844971 after attempting to enter password 3x is there any way to correct this? I have already disassembled and removed cmos battery...no luck

Hi:

 

If there is no small letter 'i' preceeding the halt code, restart the PC and enter this unlock passcode...

 

60722377

 

If there is a small letter 'i' in front of the 8 digit disabled code and the code I posted didn't work, you will have to contact HP technical support for further assistance.
