Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

Every time I turn on my laptop, before the boot I get the error: Hard Disk 3 (309).

I can proceed by hitting Enter,boot up Windows and use it normaly.

 

After running diagnostic I got this Failure ID: 9LQ43D-97X9LG-MFGJ2J-60T903 

Product number is : X3V06AV

 

I checked the drive for errors in Windows and everything was fine.

 

Do you maybe know what is causing this error?

Hi,

The failure code indicates "Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure"

This means that HP hardware diagnostics has detected that the drive is failing and could completly fail at any moment. The drive should be replaced.

The other error that you get at boot is SMART detecting  a failure
