HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)

I'm hoping someone in this community can provide some guidance. Here's the background:

 - I purchased a laptop via Amazon. I thought it was a new laptop but apparently it was not since the warranty has already expired (the warranty started in 2021).
 - I've had the laptop for about a week now and about once a day (sometimes every other day) I will be walking by my office and see that the screen is black and has an blue box on it that says "Hard disk 3F0 boot device not found".
 - I have just been shutting down the laptop and restarting it and everything boots up just fine.

Here's what I've done so far to try and resolve it:
 - I've tried restoring the BIOS default settings and that didn't seem to work (got the screen the next day).
 - I then tried updating the BIOS (did that last night and got the screen again this afternoon).
 - When I perform the UEFI hardware diagnostics on the hard drive, it says no hard drive installed (which seems silly since I clearly have a hard drive and it's working 98% of the time).

Aside from reinstalling WIndows or sending the laptop back - is there anything else I can try? It just seems odd that it's only happening once a day and it seems to be happening (I'm guessing) when the machine has gone to sleep as it's never happened when I start it up in the morning or while I'm in the middle of using it.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

I already have that guide. I'm looking for suggestions outside of reinstalling Windows or sending it back. Also curious what people think about why it's happening since it seems to be random.

BH,

I followed ALL the steps in the guide and I still am getting this error at random times. Now what do I do?
