ON MY DESTOP ALL IN ONE HP COMPUTER - All of a sudden, I get message that says Boot Device Not Found Please install an operating system Hard Disk (3F0).  Again, this is on a DESKTOP COMPUTER and NOT on a notebook or laptop computer. I turn off the computer, and the message is the first thing that comes up when I turn the computer back on. I am unable to go to the Control Panel nor anywhere else on my computer because this message comes up first and only when I restart up my computer.

What can I do here?
