Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop about 1 years ago crashed and then it got stuck on the windows Bios setup screen, it would always say "Boot Device not found, please install an os to your hard disk". This is the issue for me- I used to have windows 10 on this computer and I don't think i can buy windows 10 considering it's price, anyone know how to fix it? The model of my laptop is an Hp Beats Laptop from 2015.
