Hi:

With another working Windows PC, use the cloud recovery tool to create a bootable recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

Thanks but when I inserted the bootable USB, only got a Screen ' No bootable device-insert boot disk and press any key: Apparently my HP 15-ay513tu is not supporting recovery from the Cloud; any other ideas? Thanks in advance

Hi:

You have to turn on the PC, immediately start tapping the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F9 boot options meny and from that, select the USB diskette on key/USB flash drive and press the Enter key.

If that doesn't work, go into the BIOS, enable Legacy mode and disable Secure Boot.

See this link for the settings to change...

Save the settings, exit, and repeat the boot options routine, but this time select the Legacy USB diskette on key/USB flash drive and press the Enter key.

Many txs  all solved now, a few Repair Shops said earlier that I needed to replace Hard Drive, but your recovery process only took a little time and small cost for the 32GB Sandsk, thanks again
