HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0077tu Convertible PC

My HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0077tu notebook was now starting ie, after the hp logo, a blue screen appears with the title "Recovery" and error code "0x0000185". Following HP Virtual Agent TroubleShooting steps, I open the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic tests and run the Hard Drive Quick Test. Finally, this test failed with Hard Drive Smart Check passed, but Hard Drive Short DST Check Failed and also got a failure Id.ScreenshotScreenshot

I have attached the log Screen.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I did decode the failure ID and it refers to Hard Drive Failure and you need to replace the hard drive in order to correct the failure. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
