I am getting the following Failure ID: PLP4QK-A1QBPW-MFPXGX-60BX03, Product ID: 7PA07UA#ABA
I am assuming my SSD hard Drive is having an issue. I reseated the drive and Iam still getting the same failure ID.
Do I replace the drive? or could it be a drive controller. How would I tell?
Thank you!

Hi:
If you enter the information you posted at the link below, you will most likely get a message that states in substance that the drive has failed and needs to be replaced.
HP Customer Support - Service Center
Normally, if the drive controller was suspect, you would get a boot device not found 3F0 error, which could be either the hard drive or the drive controller.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the SSD removal and replacement procedure.
Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC
I recommend you replace the drive with a Samsung 980 (not 980 Pro) 500 GB.
Probably a 1 TB drive would also work if you want more storage space.
The 980 Pro is a PCIe Gen 4 SSD, and your notebook's M.2 slot is only PCIe Gen 3.0.
But if the 980 Pro doesn't cost much more, you may want to buy one of those and use it in a newer model PC in the future.
And in that case, you may want to go with the newer Samsung 990 Pro.
After you replace the drive, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.
HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Microsoft Store Apps
You will have to use the utility on another PC, so you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
Your PC's product number is: 7PA07UA#ABA
