Hi HP Fam! I have an HP Omen 15 that has a hard disk 1 (301) error.

9W4EJ1-ALKA01-MFPV4J-60FN03

PRODUCT ID : 350D5UA#ABA

any help would be greatly appreciated to get this resolved as my warranty is expired for any support help. ty so much in advance for any who have any advise

You will probably need to install a new drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

You can enter the required information at the link below to get a report of the failure code and the recommended way to fix it.
