Hard disk Error 301

HP Recommended
Elitebook 840 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On startup i get error 301 smart hard disk detected an immenent failure. If i press f2 for diagnostics i get an error also saying smart check Failed

If I continue to windows i also get an error that says bootmgr image is corrupted unable to boot.

What shall i do to only get my data backed up then i'll replace the hard drive

Can you access Windows on your machine now ?

 

If yes, please use

          https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/back-up-and-restore-your-pc-ac359b36-7015-4694-de9a-c5ea...

 

If no you can replace HDD and access old HDD later using old HDD as an external drive

No i can't access windows

And i tried to use it as external drive on another pc , the pc can read the hard drive

But i can't access any partition or copy anything
