whenever i open my laptop is it showing ( BOOT DEVICE NOT FOUND
please install an operating system in your hard disk)
how can i fix this?

Have you run diagnostics?
Make sure you can pass UEFI diagnostics:
Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics. |
If you can pass diagnostics, then this article explains how to boot into safe mode

To do the startup repair you skip down to 'Enter safe mode from outside windows'
When you get to advanced options select 'Startup Repair'
If the startup repair fails then try the restore point. Let me know if you need to do that.
