I was cleaning my PC with revo uninstaller and after that pc crashed and now I can't boot or install windows 11.
FAILURE ID : PTTU9A-BK6BN0-MFPX1F-60B703
seems like I've deleted a driver, how can I fix this?
There is also a suspicious Boot:X drive which seems to be duplicating whatever I plug into the pc, had problems with this pc since beggining. I really regret buying this, it doesn't end, it's my 3th issue so far and it hass been 3 months only with this pc

Hi @FixMyPc9,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your Victus by HP 15.6 Inch Gaming Laptop is displaying a "Hard drive/SSD Smart check failed" message, it indicates that there might be an issue with your storage drive (HDD/SSD). This error can prevent you from installing a new operating system or using the laptop properly. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to address the problem.
- Check Connections: Ensure that the storage drive is properly connected inside the laptop. If it's a SATA drive (HDD/SSD), it could have a loose connection, causing the error. If you're comfortable doing so, open up the laptop and reseat the drive carefully.
- Backup Your Data: Before proceeding with any troubleshooting steps, it's crucial to back up your data from the problematic drive. If the drive is failing, there's a risk of data loss.
- Use a Live Bootable USB: Create a bootable USB drive with a lightweight operating system like Ubuntu or any other Linux distribution. Boot your laptop from the USB and check if you can access the storage drive from the live environment. This will help you determine if the issue is related to the storage drive or something else.
- Check SMART Data: SMART (Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology) is a system built into hard drives and SSDs to monitor their health. You can use various third-party tools to check the SMART data of your drive to assess its health status. If the SMART data indicates a high number of bad sectors or other critical errors, it likely means the drive is failing.
- Run Diagnostic Tools: Some laptops come with built-in diagnostic tools accessible during boot (often by pressing a specific key combination). Check your laptop's manual or HP's website for instructions on how to run hardware diagnostics. These tools can identify hardware issues and provide more specific error codes.
- Try Another Drive: If possible, replace the current storage drive with a known working one and see if the error persists. This will help you determine if the issue lies with the drive itself or with other components.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
