When booting up laptop, I get an Hard Drive error, but I am able to use the laptop. I ran diagnostics and did the quick test. I received an error message with the following code "M0C63G-8MLA2J-MFPUQJ-60T803" Should I replace hard drive or computer?

 After reading your post, I did go through the failure and found out hard drive needs to be replaced. Hence, I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
