You will need to replace the drive and reinstall the operating system.
Enter your PC's serial number in the search window at the link below and it should tell you what type of drive your notebook comes with (2.5" SATA, M.2 SATA SSD, or M.2 NVMe SSD).

After you replace the drive, you should be able to use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

Since you will have to use the utility on another PC to make the recovery media, you will have to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.
When you enter your notebook's serial number in the HP PartSurfer search window, it will return the product number info.
Along with the 7-character product number you have to add #ABA in the cloud recovery tool's search window.
