Seems that error code is a common issue when you do a search.

 

I think you should first try making your own W10 installation media using the method I first suggested.

 

My search reveals that one of the reasons for that error is the installation media is no good.

 

If you would rather burn a DVD, instead of selecting the create a USB flash drive with the W10 media creation tool, save the ISO file and burn it to a DVD using this free software.  It works great.

When you launch the program, select the Burn ISO file from the menu and burn the disk at the slowest speed you can.

 

You will be given the option of burn speeds to choose from.
