After a factory reset, my laptop crashed a few hours into using it. The error screen "Boot Device Not Found" appears, with the message "please install an operating system on your hard disk"
With the F2 diagnostics, it tells me that there is no hard disk. The first time this happened, I loaded the setup defaults and that seemed to help, it worked for a few hours, then crashed again. Now, nothing is helping.
It won't enter the f11 system reset menu, it doesn't have the "advanced" register on the f10 menu. I'm at my wits' end.

Hi @Isegrimm,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
"I understand you're having trouble with your PC showing a 'No boot device found' error and are unable to access the F10 or F11 functions. To check for any hardware issues, please run the F2 hard drive test. Once completed, kindly share the error message you receive along with your PC's serial number so I can assist you further."
Hard Drive test
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F2 once.
4) Go to Component test.
5) From the list, run the Hard Drive (extensive) test.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
