Hi:

 

The error code mans that you will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operatin system.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

 

HP 15 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide

 

Your notebook has a M.2 slot that supports both SATA and NVMe SSD's, so you may want to replace the 2.5" SSD with one of those instead.

 

NVMe SSD's have faster read/write speeds than SATA SSD's have.
