I need help fixing my laptop 

it says it failure on hard drive short dsk then displays
FAILURE ID:

PLMWXD-8KPA75-GXGGQJ-60XX03

please help me fix it

Hi:

 

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means that you will need to install new hard drive, and reinstall the operating system.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

You can reinstall W10 on the new hard drive.  Since your PC is not working, use another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive, to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
