HP laptop 14-bs0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop completely shuts down at 57-60% battery when not plugged in

I did the following troubleshooting steps

1 - Unplugged my Ac adapter

-Removed battery

-held power for 1 minutes

-Turned pc back on(Didn't work)

2 - Unintalled Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Method Battery

-Did step one(Didn't work)

3 :Used battery check in HP support assistant and it came out OK with no errors

4 :Used HP Hardware and Diagnostic and still no errors

5 :tapped f2 after restart and ran battery test and still not a single error

Here are the results of both tests

Charging(81%)

Primary battery OK(0)

Cycle count :404/300

Battery age :875

Design Capacity :2850 mAh

Full charge capacity :2336 mAh

Remaining Capacity :1913 mAh

Terminal Voltage :16173mV

Design Voltage :14600mV

Cell 1 :4037mV

Cell 2 :4071mV

Cell 3 :4032mV

Cell 4 :4033mV

I'm using a replacement Ac Adapter with the same voltage but 0.1A more current as my Original
