Have a ho elite book g5 everytime it turns on i get the message

HP Sure Start detected an unauthorized change to the Secure Boot Keys.

The Keys were restored automatically and there is no further action required.

The repeated occurrence of this problem indicates a security problem that should not be ignored.

it only shows this message won't go anywhere else i tried all the f keys and holding down windows key with b and then tried with v. i don't see any solutions online i can't get paste that page i hit ok and press say f10 looks like is going to boot into the menu instead it restarts the computer. I opened it up and removed the wire from the motherboard for the cmos. Battery plug back in still get this message and reboots not go to any menu's. Could i even tried another hard drive no change. Took out memory and hard drive and turned it on same thing. Not sure what else to do. Also fan seems to run fast.
