Microsoft Windows 11

So I recently bought a new SSD (The Crucial brand) after checking what was compatible with my laptop serial number. As well as an 8gb Ram card. Last night I took off the back cover and replaced my old stuff with the new. After putting things back together I turned on the laptop which is only a year-ish old, only to get the caps lock blinking. The fan is on and the laptop beeps occasionally among other noises but the screen is completely dead.

It blinks 3 long times then 2really fast. And repeats the cycle forever.

I did as much research as I could. I have a USB flash drive plugged in with the BIOS for my serial number off the HP website installed on it. As well as windows 11.

I've tried the windows+b or v tricks but nothing happens. I've tried all kinds of f12 and others. I even tried putting the original Hard drive back (which wasn't formatted either) and it still persisted with the problem so the Laptop is unusable suddenly.

I was very careful with disassembly so I don't think I knocked anything loose at least I hope.

The screen faintly blinks once maybe twice when I try to turn it on. I have tried taking out the battery and leaving the power adapter plugged in and that didn't change anything. Is it a battery or motherboard issue?

If there is any other information I can provide I'd love to. Thankyou
