Please help. I can’t find a way to get ahold of an actual agent as it keeps bumping me out. I have an HP 360 running Windows 10. Yesterday I put it to sleep. Today I went to turn it on & the battery power is gone plus the entire system went back to factory default. All downloads, files, apps gone.
When I opened it up it said “preparing windows”.
I did a little looking around and there seems to be a TEMP folder under users with todays date.
My Chrome browser is logged out with a default home page and no users. It’s like sometimes me wiped it. The only thing still there is my One Drive.

HP does not supply phone numbers for US customers -- so there is nothing we can provide you.
Instead, you have to use the link below to create a support case and then, you will be provided contact info:

I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
