I hope everyone is doing well. I'm reaching out because I've run into a bit of a technical snag with my HP laptop, and I'm hoping someone here might be able to offer some guidance.
Issue: Recently, my HP laptop has been experiencing intermittent freezes, especially when I'm running resource-intensive applications. It's becoming quite frustrating, and I'm not sure what the root cause might be.
What I've Tried: I've already performed a full system scan for viruses and malware using HP's recommended security software. I've also updated all the drivers to the latest versions, but the problem persists.

- Model: HP Pavilion 15t
- Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit)
- RAM: 8GB
- Processor: Intel Core i5
Specifics of the Freeze: The freeze usually occurs when I'm working on graphic design projects or running multiple applications simultaneously. The screen locks up, and I have to force a restart to get things back to normal.
