HP Pavilion x360 - 15-cr0053wm

So a week ago my HP360 side crash on me.. I treated very well yes it's a little bit old it's not a continue mark yet haven't put it through so much hell but it's had a pretty um I was a princess life. Now to be honest with you this is not the 1st time as happen this is actually the 2nd time and it's due to the windows 11 update OK. 1st time around I lost all my files not a big deal but I was able to get the computer backup and running have him windows running OK. This time around it took me a couple hours to get it backup and running in windows but then 2 hours into it it shut down again. (Now prior to that windows 11 was at least running on this system for a good month or 2 before it shut down the 2nd time period.)  Did a couple of troubleshoots something told me to open up the laptop come to find out, the connector from the hard drive to the motherboard was fried. I replaced that part I did not replace the female portion on the motherboard just because, step at a time. After replacing the connector strip and also purchase a usb for the internal HD it started started working its way on his way to windows.

My question is for some reason throughout my process. My internal hard drive will not read when it's inside the laptop but I put it on the USB it will read. My Flash drives will not read for some reason when the internal drive is in the laptop or outside of the laptop so I can put the programs on. Lastly I'm constantly stuck in Hard Disk F30.

What is it I'm doing wrong? And  What do I need to press to put this laptop in such a manual state where I can manually just upload all of the software and drivers back on to it?

The only thing I found close to that is people were talking about RAID
