Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

l sought to resolve issues related to windows 10 updates. In the process the update process failed and the laptop (HP ProBook 640 G1) has been unable to reverse the botched update process. To recover the OS functionality I need to reset the boot timing in Bios to allow boot from USB or DVD/CD. I cannot do this because the bios admin password is unknown. I need this assistance as this laptop contains very important data that I need for my work.

I m stuck either at 30% installing updates for past 15 days or trying to recover installation, undoing changes...see attached screen-short. This is most distressful.

From reading previous comments you could send me a file should help with the process. This is my 3rd email in last 7 days and I have not received a single response.20250131_144819.jpg20250131_144624.jpg
