Hp 630 notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I'm having trouble with my hp 630 notebook it displays'your pc ran into problem we are collecting some information we will restart it for you. And displays the same message repeatedly. Please I need help as soon as possible

Bluescreen failures (i.e., BSODs) are notoriously difficult to diagnose and to fix -- far beyond what WE typically can do in THIS self-help Community.

What you need is a forum where folks have vast experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and suggesting repairs for BSODs, as follows:

The community Win10 forums has a section devoted to diagnosing BSODs. So, your best bet would be to post your problem there: https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/
