Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to keep my laptop with the lid closed and connected to a docking station. My requirements are:

 

- laptop works while lid is still closed.

- If laptop is in sleep or hibernate, I want to be able to wake it up without opening the lid (by connecting the docking station and moving the mouse attached to the docking station).
