Hello, good afternoon, I have a problem with an HP Elitebook computer, that is, it only starts up but does not show an image, it only turns backlit and when I try to turn it off, it cannot work.

 

I don't really know anything about repairing something on my own but in my opinion it was four lights on the shift key

 

My hp elitebook 845 g7 does not start anything, only the screen remains black and when it has the slightest amount of energy it turns on because yes.  

 

In my opinion there were only 5 lights and they were slow

 

It should be noted that I use it for school and work but I don't know.

 

please help me I don't know what to do :CC
