hello hp support, may i ask if my presario cq43 is supported to use the uefi, if can how do i make it working, because I already install the sp52509.exe but when i boot to bios it doesn't appears uefi mode, please guide me. thank you

I read about the PC issue that you are facing and wanted to stop in to share my suggestions with you 🙂

 

I’m afraid that we cannot update the BIOS to use the UEFI on this PC. This is a very old model and the firmware will not support the BIOS UEFI even if you update the BIOS on your PC.
