My laptop just began locking up when rebooted, the message is that Google Chrome did not shut down correctly. I've restored the pages and rebooted many times which doesn't fix the problem. In trying to run the diagnostics test, I cannot change the language to English. How do I reset it?

Turn on the computer and immediately press the F2 key repeatedly, about once every second.
-
The HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu is displayed.
