You realize that if you do this, you will no longer be able to access the BIOS or UEFI options with a keyboard, right? An externql keyboard is not read until the Windows drivers have been loaded for it and that does not happen until LONG after the BIOS/UEFI files have done their work.

You mean external keyboard, right? Understand that. But you can't use an external keyboard to access the BIOS/UEFI settings or to change boot options because it does not work until Windows is loaded.

I have been using an external keyboard for two years, and a few days ago I faced a problem with repeating letters I have tried 3 external keyboards and the problem still persists I also tried Linux I tried all methods and they didn't work

Ordinarily, I would guess at keyboard drivers, but if this same problem happens in both Windows and Linux, as they both use very different drivers, that rules that out as the cause. I don't know what else to check as I've never run into a keyboard problem that was not fixed by changing the keyboard or the drivers.
