How do I enable TPM 2.0 and secure boot on an omen laptop

I need help on how to enable it so I can play valorant. Because nobody on YouTube isn't making videos on how to enable it on a omen laptop.

Hi:

If Windows is installed in UEFI mode, see if this works to enable secure boot...

Step 1. Go into the BIOS and Load HP Factory Default Keys and see if Secure Boot becomes available.

Step 2. If it does not than go into the operating system and disable “Fast Boot” (Steps below).

Step 3. go back into your BIOS and try Load HP Factory Default Keys.

Step 4. enable Secure Boot at this point.

If your notebook has a TPM 2.0 security device, there should be a BIOS setting to enable it in the BIOS' security menu.

Windows 11 does it have it enabled already on omen not HP pavilion or normal just omen ok. I just need help it is Windows 11.
