Your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software for your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility:  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

If you have to use the utility on another PC, you have to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window to proceed to create the recovery media.

 

Your notebook's product number is 9HZ86UA#ABA
