I am run a business. I’m currently facing an issue with my HP laptop getting stuck on the boot screen. The device powers on, but it doesn’t go past the HP logo and remains frozen there without loading into Windows.

Hi @mhindujadheeraj,

I’m glad you followed the troubleshooting steps earlier. Could you please confirm if your HP Laptop 17‑cn2xx is now booting past the HP logo and working normally, or if the issue still persists?

Your confirmation will help us know whether the solution resolved the problem or if we need to continue with deeper troubleshooting.

Still having same issue. Getting Blue Screen Hard Disk 3F0 Error. Have tried all procedures to get Windows to boot to no avail. Plan to head to Best Buy tomorrow and see a Tech.
