How do I get past administrator lock when it says system disabled after update

I forgot Ms password, tried resetting it and it just kept going to lock screen saying problem retrieve pin, so I got on neighbor's laptop and changed Ms password, works everywhere but my HP laptop. Locked and disabled it says, now what? Thanks in advance

If you are not prepared to spend the money to get HP to replace the motherboard for BIOS password resets, you could take the PC to a local repair facility to see if they can do it for you -- but we are unable to assist in that.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
