My product is an hp stream. I do know it's a windows 8 but not sure the bit. It won't let me use my pass code it says, "your pin is no longer available due to a change in the security settings on this divine. You can set up your pin again by going to settings accounts sign-in options.

If you originally logged in using an MSN account and then added a PIN, you might be able to reset that using this information: http://www.howtogeek.com/222262/how-to-reset-your-forgotten-password-in-windows-10/
I know that says Win10, but it might also work with Win8x.
But if you logged in locally, then there is nothing we can do for you from here about this.
