How do I hard restart my pavilion x360?

My computer won't reboot. Charging cable still works and charging light still works. Power button lights up for a few seconds and then shuts off for a few seconds. How do I hard restart my hp pavilion x360 laptop?

Follow steps from the link

1. Turn off the computer - press power and wait 20 seconds.
2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.

Holding the power button does nothing.

so i think you have fail ac adapter can you check with anothere ac adapter ?

Tried using a different AC adapter and still nothing. Charging light comes on orange and eventually turns white. Light on power button still flashes on and off.
