Product: HP ENVY

I have secure wiped my hp envy . Not a good idea. I have downloaded Windows 8.1 onto a USB stick and tried to Install . But it keeps saying NO BOOTABLE DEVICE FOUND . Can anyone help ?

Hi,

You downloaded the media creation tool and created a bootable USB drive?

You downloaded the iso file and then used software such as Rufus to create the bootable drive?

 

You could just install Windows 10 and it will activate automatically.
