Hp envy x360 model 15-w154nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP envy x360 model 15-w154nr. It crashed and powered off while I was playing a video and now it wont reboot. This happened once before and I performed a hard reset that solved my problem. I dont remember which buttons to press for a hard reset. I thought it was power and mute. Can someone help me?

  • Is there a light on the power button and by the charging port where the charger plugs in?

It looks like a hardware issue with the computer.
