Product: HP Elitebook 745 G5

We have an HP Elitebook 745 G5.

The SSD has been replaced and Windows 11 had been installed.

We still have the old logins from the original Windows 10 installation on the BIOS pre-boot screen.

These need to be completely removed, how do we do this?
