Product: HP ENVY TouchSmart Sleekbook 4-1105dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a used Envy Sleekbook and the BIOS is all greyed out except the date and a line at the bottom.  How can I unlock the BIOS so it will see the new RAM I installed?  Thank you, Steven
