Disable secure boot from BIOS setup, temporarily. You may have to enable legacy sometimes according to which Windows you're going to install
Plug in BOOTABLE USB
Restart system. Tap f9 or f10 as soon as you power on laptop, change boot order to boot from USB
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
