Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F9 Boot options is a choice.

Ok, after ESC key is pressed then what buttons to press?
What MENU options to choose in BIOS?
How to setup BIOS screen to boot from a USB stick (drive)?
For example, run SCAN off a bootable USB drive not HDD (hard disk drive).
BIOS options were changed after ESC key was pressed, but,
computer keeps booting from HDD (hard disk drive) to Windows 8.1
F10 was pressed to save BIOS changes, but, computer does not boot from USB.

E8B88UA#ABL = Product ID
Windows 8.1 = Operating System
Specific BIOS Menu options are needed, what are they?

When you tapped Esc key-did you get the Startup Menu with F9 as one of the choices? If so press F9 to choose boot device . Use arrow key to select/highlight USB as boot device.Press Enter key after selecting USB.
