How to access and reset BIOS Setup Utility after messing up the boot option?

My first problem was "boot looping" soo i pressed f10 to access bios setup utility, after accessing the bios menu i pressed the boot options thinking that it might be the cause of boot looping.

Then i proceeded to switch "OS Boot Manager" to something i forgot the name of it, soo basically i put the OS Boot Manager bellow that, then after save exiting and powering my laptop on, i just made it worse now its BOOT LOOPING and i cant access my BIOS menu because i switch out the OS Boot manager. Please help.
