Hello i have to update to windows 10 64 bits but when i try to change uefi boot option i do not appear in the bios (rev 3.5) ,I tried to update the bios to rev 3.9 but it didn't update COMPAQ Presario CQ43

Then you bios was already the same version, so no problem.

Please tell me the full product name and product number (p/n) of your notebook. You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.

Let's make it easier for you and me.
Do this:
(1) In Windows go to Search or hit [winkey] + r, type cmd and press Enter
(2) In the Command Prompt, enter the following command and press Enter:
wmic baseboard get product,Manufacturer,version
(3) Send me the result of the command

(2) Then enter bios and load setup defaults, save and exit
I guess that your device does not support UEFI !
