After changing my "HP 15-bs179tx " laptop's motherboard the Product name is changed, Please tell me how to change my laptop's Product name ?

The HP information is encoded into the UEFI firmware of the chips on the motherboard.  There is no consumer app available that will allow you to modify that.

Also, the HP OEM license is tied to the original motherboard, so your new one will not have a valid license and you will not be able to reuse your original license.

I have the same question....for the life of me, I don't see how I can update the Product name after replacing motherboard. I looked at the BIOS and UEFI - I followed HP support doc , https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03801890 but everything is read only. Is is it NOT possible to set Product Name and Serial Number ? I know the values to enter in. Everything I reboot, always warns me of the information being blank.
